Can I skip ahead to a higher level? back to top
No, you need to proceed sequentially through the levels and can only advance to the next level upon completion of a level.

Do I have to answer all questions to advance to the next level? back to top
Yes, you must answer all clinical questions correctly to proceed. The "rejuvenation" questions are optional but if you answer them correctly you can raise your score.

How is the game scored? back to top
"Regular" clinical questions are worth 150 Longevity points each, with no points deducted for an incorrect answer. "Crisis" questions are worth 400 Longevity points each, with 100 points deducted for an incorrect answer. "Rejuvenation" questions are worth 100 points each, with no penalty for an incorrect answer. The maximum possible score per level is 5000 Longevity points. For Longevity, a perfect score is 40,000. For, Longevity FP, 20,000 is the highest possible score.

At the end of the game, Longevity points are converted into additional years of life for your patients -- every 1000 points equals one additional year of life for the patient. Patients begin the game at age 65, so a perfect score of 40,000 Longevity points computes to a rollerblading 105-year-old patient for Longevity.
